How many times can I reuse my Tatti Lashes?
With proper care and maintenance, our 3D Luxury Mink and Faux Mink lashes can be worn up to 20 times. Always remove adhesive residue and store them in their original tray.
Does lash glue come with my order?
Most of our individual lash styles do not include glue. We recommend purchasing our best-selling 'Brush on Lash Adhesive' separately for a secure, long-lasting hold.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer Next Day Delivery options if you place your order before 4 PM GMT, Monday through Thursday.
Can I return my lashes if I change my mind?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Are Tatti Lashes cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to being cruelty-free. We offer a wide range of high-quality synthetic and faux mink options that provide a luxury look without using animal products.
How do I apply strip lashes for the best result?
Trim the lash band to fit your eye shape, apply a thin layer of glue, wait 30 seconds for it to become tacky, and then place the strip as close to your natural lash line as possible.
